Job role and Responsibilities:

  1. Independently taking care of Learning & Development activities on pan India basis
  2. Identifying training needs analysis and preparing training calendar
  3. Developing and designing of training materials/contents
  4. Responsible for providing company processes training
  5. Imparting both soft skills & behavioral training programs
  6. Summarizing training activities, evaluating & measuring its effectiveness
  7. Dubbing for video editing of each topic post content finalization
  8. Must be fluent in English and Hindi language


Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and research skills.
Task-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Relationships Skills.

Job Requirements:

Knowledge of MS Office.
